I have been a professional barista for over 20 years and have worked at some of North America’s finest and most celebrated cafes including the famed Rao’s Coffee (Amherst, MA), Canada's busiest cafe, Cafe Crema (The Junction, Toronto, ON), and the original location of the legendary La Colombe Torrefaction, pre-Chobani Investment (Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia, PA). I was honored to be the Lead Barista at The National Gallery of Art (2016, Washington, D.C.) and have trained dozens of baristas at fine institutional cafes including the Barnes Foundation (Philadelphia, PA), Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts (Philadelphia, PA), Perez Museum of Art (Miami, FL) and Macquarie Financial Group (New York City, NY).
